Refunds
Services are non-refundable but Margy will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
Please contact Margy within 72 hours of service with any concerns/complaints and she will consult with you on how to improve it ASAP. She wants you to love your hair!
Color: Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Hair Texturizing Services: please be aware that M2 Salon will make recommendations regarding using hair products compatible with the texturizing product and blow drying technique to insure smooth shiny hair!
