Hair stylist Margy Sheppard recommends that you make all of your appointments in advance to ensure her availability. Please understand that Margy’s time is valuable. We also know that emergencies do happen.
If you miss your appointment without giving at least a 24-hour notice, you MAY be charged half the cost of the missed service(s).
Failure to honor an appointment without any notice MAY result in a full service charge.
These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits. For your convenience, Margy provides text and/or email reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please keep Margy informed of any changes in your contact information.

M2 Salon makes every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at M2 Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let Margy know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
M2 Salon Policy
Services are non-refundable, but Margy will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. For a corrective service please contact Margy within 48 hours of service with any concerns/complaints and she will consult with you on how to improve it ASAP. She wants you to love your hair!
Color: Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Hair Texturizing Services: please be aware that M2 Salon will make recommendations regarding using hair products compatible with the texturizing product and blow drying technique to insure smooth shiny hair!
